The inspiring story of Zinhle Nikita towards culture.
Nikita was Born Diepkloof, She was raised by both parents and taught her the important of culture. Nikita lives with family were they believe the background of culture is important for future generation to be taught at the early age. Nikita believes that it’s important to know your background especially culture. Nikita was asked “what makes culture important to you?” she responded that “I believe in culture because is a way of living and expressing yourself. “ She added “People should not be ashamed of their culture and they should know their roots. “. According to Nikita believe that culture comes first and people should start be proud of their culture and embrace them self.

She told Cherry Aim magazine that she is interested in telling people the important of culture Nikita was further asked “What is spirit of Ubuntu mean to you?” She answered “Spirit of Ubuntu means that Africans must unite even though we have differences in cultures and languages but learn to accept each other” she continued “ People should stop discriminating other cultures or making other people feel small about their culture the spirit of Ubuntu should bring togetherness and respect”. The story of Nikita is amazing people should learn from her. Nikita inspire many of ashamed citizen to start embracing themselves she concluded “Let us bring Africa alive and unite to the power of Ubuntu spirit”.
